Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

The French version of this document prevails in case of discrepancy.
By booking an appointment with the Clinic, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments
Services are by appointment only, 7 days a week. Bookings are made through our online booking tool. A confirmation is sent by email or text.
2. Cancellations and no-shows
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time slot to someone else.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the session price.
- Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
- We understand that emergencies happen (illness, urgent matters): contact us and we will find a solution.
3. Late arrivals
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so as not to delay the next client; the full price applies.
4. Health and safety
Before your first treatment, you will complete a health form. Please tell us about any health condition, injury, pregnancy, medication or allergy (including to oils), and let us know of any changes.
The therapist may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if a contraindication is present. Massage does not replace medical advice.
5. Respect and professionalism
Our services are strictly therapeutic and professional. A towel or sheet covers non-treated areas at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour or comments will end the session immediately, and the full price will be charged.
6. Insurance and receipts
A receipt is provided after every session. It is your responsibility to check your coverage and reimbursement conditions with your insurer. Full payment is due at the end of the session, whether or not your insurance reimburses it.
7. Minors
Clients under 14 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who must be present during the session.
8. Prices
Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
